WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set up the machine between runs to exact sticker and label specifications.
- Inspect materials before and after cutting to verify accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and closing tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and communicate errors or issues to the proper teammates.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and orders.
- Make suggestions for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree or at least some college completed.
- 6 months experience in printing or troubleshooting preferred but we'll train the right mechanically curious person.
- Basic math skills and ability to do conversions between metric and standard systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs., bending, squatting, overhead reaching, frequent walking, and using hands for manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, amazing communication skills and ability to work effectively (and thrive!) as part of a team.
- Aptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Curious in nature, take great pride in work ethic, and be committed to excellence.
