The Part-Time Shipping Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely shipments of products to our customers. This hands-on position is responsible for preparing outbound shipments, assisting with receiving, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure all logistics processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Please note that the first two weeks of employment will consist of full 8-hour training shifts to ensure proper onboarding and hands-on learning. After the initial training period, the regular shift (for Part-time positions) will transition to approximately 5 to 5.5 hours per day. Full-time will remail at 8 hours per shift.
- Review & Verify Orders: Accurately review shipping records, packing lists, and purchase orders to ensure item quantities, order numbers, and packaging details are correct.
- Packing & Labeling: Pack, seal, and label boxes or packages according to order requirements. Affix appropriate postage or shipping documentation.
- Shipping Coordination: Print shipping labels, coordinate with internal teams, and help streamline the order fulfillment process.
- Receiving Support: Assist in receiving incoming shipments and ensure materials are delivered to the correct department or contact.
- Material Handling: Move products and materials using hand trucks, carts, or powered industrial equipment as needed.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain clear and accurate shipping records to support order tracking and returns.
- Previous shipping or warehouse experience is preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills (label printing, order entry, etc.)
- Familiarity with hand trucks or pallet jacks a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must have reliable attendance and able to work independently
