Print Production Associate
Graphic Information Systems (GIS) – Mason, OH
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Location: Mason, OH (In-office only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed
Graphic Information Systems is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Print Department. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and seeing the results of your work every day, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on production position in our print facility. No remote or hybrid work is available.
What You'll Do
- Operate and assist with print production equipment
- Prepare, inspect, and package printed materials
- Maintain quality standards throughout production
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Help meet production deadlines while supporting your team

Schedule & Overtime Expectations
Our Print Department is currently experiencing high customer demand. Frequent overtime is required, 5-10 hours per week. Applicants should be comfortable with overtime as a regular part of the position.
We are also planning to transition our production team from a traditional 5-day/8-hour schedule to 4-day/ 10-hour shifts (4×10) in the coming months. The anticipated schedule will be Wednesday through Saturday, though details will be communicated before implementation.
Compensation & Benefits
