Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for driving sales growth. This role involves developing and hunting for new business. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prospecting and hunting for new business in Central to Southeastern Wisconsin area.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
  • 2-3 years of Outside sales/prospecting
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per week
  • Strong organizational and time management
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • The ability to listen to the clients needs.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges in the sales process.
  • Experience with prospecting new business
