- System troubleshooting and application problem solving
- Software testing and validation for internal systems
- Maintain and improve internal automations (Zapier, scripts, workflows, etc.)
- Monitor and flag issues early
- Help document and stabilize repeatable processes
- First-line support for production systems, machines, and tools
- Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and vendor support

- Promote and own organization and cleanliness throughout the workspace
- Be the connective tissue between tech, production, and ops

This Role Is a Good Fit If You…
- Prefer doing the work over talking about the work
- Are energized by solving real, messy problems with no perfect instructions
- Can troubleshoot software, hardware, equipment, and physical spaces without panic
- Are comfortable being the person others rely on when something breaks
- Take ownership and follow issues through to completion
- Can switch contexts easily — laptop one minute, production floor the next
- Are organized enough to document what you fix so it doesn’t break again
- Communicate clearly without jargon or ego
- Don’t need constant direction to be effective
- Prefer clearly defined, narrow responsibilities
- Need step-by-step instructions for every task
- Avoid physical or hands-on work
- Get frustrated by ambiguity or incomplete information
- Expect others to own problems you discover
- Are looking for a people-management or strategy-only role
- Rely heavily on tickets, escalation paths, or committees to make progress
- Believe any task is “not your job” — this role ranges from simple, unglamorous fixes to critical technical and production systems support
Required Experience
- Proven experience supporting technology, operations, or production environments
- Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, tools, or equipment
- Ability to independently assess problems and implement practical solutions
- Experience working in environments where uptime and reliability matter
- Comfort documenting setups, fixes, and repeatable processes
- Manufacturing, print, or industrial operations exposure
- Automation or workflow tooling experience (Zapier, scripts, integrations)
- Software testing, QA, or internal system validation
- Light facilities or equipment maintenance experience
- Not a people-management role
- Not a pure IT helpdesk position
- Not a software-engineering role
- Not facilities-only maintenance
