About Us:
GRAPHIA is a growing multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering firm with offices in Northern and Southern California. We are currently looking for a Revit Designer that can build project templates and families. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a small, collaborative design team, and is comfortable working remotely. Candidates must be self-starters and highly motivated individuals who want to share their talent and experience. We are a fast-paced team collaborating in a very fluid environment.
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Must be familiar with the latest edition of the California Building Code
- Must be proficient in REVIT
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Experience:
- Revit: 2 years (Required)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- MEP modeling
- Creation of Design Development and Construction Documents
- Coordination with in-house architects and engineers and external sub-consultants
- Conduct drawing reviews as appropriate for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and maintain project drawings, files, and related information
- Ability to efficiently manage assignments/tasks in a timely manor
