Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Printer to join our team. As a Printer, you will be responsible for operating printing equipment to produce high-quality printed T-shirts. This role requires expertise in screen printing. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional prints, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Operate printing equipment such as screen printers and M&R machines
- Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications
- Load and unload T-shirts onto the printing equipment
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure accurate reproduction of designs
- Perform prepress tasks such as color correction and proofing
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and order new materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Printer
- Proficiency in screen printing techniques
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
