Duties
- Greet & seat guests
- Take to-go orders
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service, including arranging tables and ensuring cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
- Support servers by refilling drinks and clearing tables as needed.
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing their dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as a host/host or in food service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and serving techniques.
- Experience with Toast POS system is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette for guest interactions.
- Background in hospitality or hotel services is advantageous.
