PEI Data Specialist

Job Summary

The P.E.I. Data Specialist will assist the Pressure Equipment Integrity department in entering and maintaining data in the integrity management software (Cenosco/IMS) and updating P.E.I. files with incoming documentation and ongoing site specific work scope.

• Familiar with P&ID/PFD/Iso Drawings/U1As/R-Forms
• Familiar with Systemization/Circuitization
• Familiar with Damage Mechanism - By Definition
• Familiar with NDE Methods - VT/RT/UT/PT/MT/PAUT/PMI/etc.

• To achieve an efficient and effective streamline with all data collected/collecting from historical inspections/documentation/etc. and current day to day implementation. Manage IMS in ongoing phases of the project so we are current with information uploads.
• Integrity Management Software implementation & Tracking
• Including updating and completing piping circuits, equipment, tanks, systems, etc.
• Creating work orders in Maximo, up to 500 CAIRs a quarter.
• Updating and completing the PSV housing in IMS - PSV service reports.
• Updating and completing the FFS/Rerates/Tmin calcs in IMS
• Integrity Management Software - Data entry/creating
• Equipment Condition Histories
• Corrosion Monitoring Location Thickness Readings
• Inspection Schedules
• Corrective Action Inspection Requests (CAIRs)
• Equipment Specifications and Profiles
• Piping System and Inspection Iso entry
• Participate in IMS Cenosco update meetings and trainings to grow with the software
• Interpret and provide information from IMS with the following:
• P&IDs/Isos/Circuits/U1A/R-Forms/Inspection reports
• Assist PEI Department with collecting, organizing, and transmitting documentation
• Communicate documentation and software entry statuses to the PEI Department Manager
• Create spreadsheets to conduct data uploads and assist in asset tracking
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies or inaccuracies
• Assist PEI department in miscellaneous clerical tasks

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of integrity management software is beneficial
• Petroleum industry or refinery experience is preferred
• Two years of administrative and/or data entry experience required
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to pass a physical test of pushing, pulling, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
• Requires frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
