$17.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and assignment type. Plus generous gratuities.
Grapeline Wine Tours is seeking professional, safety-focused Commercial Drivers who are also fun, friendly, and guest-oriented. This is a part-time, safety-sensitive role with flexible scheduling, including day and night shifts.
Our drivers are more than just drivers—they help create an unforgettable wine country experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate commercial passenger vehicles
- Provide friendly, professional guest service
- Serve as a welcoming driver-guide who enjoys wine country and hospitality
- Drive in urban and rural environments
- Plan routes and manage timelines
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel vehicles after shifts
- Complete required paperwork (logs, inspections, timesheets)
- Follow all California and Federal DOT regulations
- Report vehicle or safety issues

Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
- Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI; no more than 1 point)
- Experience driving commercial vehicles with passengers
- Ability to work day, night, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using GPS/mapping apps, email, and onboard systems
