Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and preferably experienced assistant to the Program Director to lead our initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management and development, along with exceptional skills in relationship management and supervision. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of services and programs that enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-3pm exact days and hours will be determined
Must be available 7:30am-4:30pm when needed - Flexibility is a must
Responsibilities/ Skills
* Fill in for driving as needed
* Fill in for DSP hours as needed
* DSP experience
* Computer skills (Excel, Word, Etc.)
* Good record keeping
* Proficient in problem solving and time management
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
