About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, persuasive, and results-oriented Loan Officer / High-Ticket Sales Closer to support growing companies in the Loan Brokerage and AI Automation industries.
You will manage warm inbound leads, conduct strategic follow-ups, and perform cold calls to generate new business opportunities. If you’re confident on the phone and love closing high-value deals, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with warm inbound leads
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new opportunities
- Qualify prospects and understand their needs
- Present funding and AI solution options professionally
- Run high-ticket sales calls with business owners
- Maintain a clean and organized pipeline in the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Experience in high-ticket sales or B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Ability to close deals independently
- Fluent English (French is a plus)
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
- Reliable home office setup (laptop, headset, stable internet)
