What You’ll Do:
- Payroll: You will be doing a bi-weekly payroll for the entire store.
- Compliance & Benefits: Keep us compliant with labor laws and manage our competitive benefits packages.
- Employee Relations: Be the trusted go-to for all staff inquiries and conflict resolution.
- 2 years of HR Management experience (bonus points if it’s in Automotive or Retail).
- A "get it done" attitude—you thrive in a busy, hands-on environment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and open attitude.
- Competitive salary. $4500 per month or $54,000 per year
