About this job

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers, HHA and CNAs who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support at home. In this position, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent by providing personalized, non-medical care right where they feel most secure — their own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide mobility support such as walking assistance, transfers, and repositioning.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals; help with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and safe home.
• Offer medication reminders and monitor for changes in health or behavior.
• Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or outings (as applicable).
• Following the established care plan and communicating with supervisors or family as necessary.

Pay Rate

• $15–$17 per hour (based on experience and shift type)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar role (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift or support clients as needed.
• Strong communication skills with a patient, respectful, compassionate demeanor.
• Must pass level 2 background screening.
