Role Description The Associate Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home. This role supports project planning and execution, including tracking milestones, updating schedules, and coordinating activities with internal teams, expeditors, inspectors, and logistics partners. The Associate Project Manager assists in preparing project documentation, monitoring progress against timelines, and identifying issues that could affect delivery or performance. Daily responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring materials and services are ordered and delivered as needed, and supporting site inspections and reporting. The role also involves maintaining documentation for quality assurance and helping to improve processes to achieve consistency, accuracy, and on-time project completion.

Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with project coordination and Project Management practices, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Skills related to Expeditor and Expediting functions, such as tracking orders, managing lead times, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Exposure to Inspection activities, including supporting site visits, preparing inspection reports, and following up on corrective actions.
- Understanding of Logistics Management, including coordinating shipments, managing vendors, and monitoring inventory or delivery status.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software, and collaboration platforms).
- Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
