Job Description:
As a Field Marketing Senior Associate, you play a hands‑on role in planning and executing high‑quality field activations that support the firm’s go‑to‑market priorities. Working closely with Field Marketing Managers and Associate Directors, you deliver events, sponsorships, executive engagement programs, and in‑market experiences aligned to enterprise campaigns, service line priorities, and account strategies.
This role is designed for a strong marketing practitioner who brings operational rigor, attention to detail, and execution discipline to field marketing. You are accountable for supporting and owning defined aspects of planning, execution, and follow‑through for field activations, while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, intake processes, and measurement requirements. Your work directly contributes to consistent, scalable field execution and to capturing the outcomes and learnings that inform future investment decisions.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
Support activation intake by gathering required inputs and assisting Field Marketing Managers in preparing requests that are complete, clearly articulated, and aligned with intake standards and enterprise priorities
Plan and execute assigned events, sponsorships, and field activations in partnership with Field Marketing Managers and Associate Directors, using established standards, playbooks, and workflows
Own planning and execution workstreams for defined events and sponsorships, including timelines, logistics coordination, readiness materials, and day‑of execution, with guidance from Field Marketing Managers
Maintain activation workflow hygiene, including task tracking, timelines, checklists, and shared calendar updates, helping ensure activations are coordinated, visible, and on track
Support activation readiness by assembling briefing materials, agendas, outreach drafts, and day‑of coordination checklists to enable smooth execution
Execute event and activation logistics, including run of show coordination, attendee management, vendor and speaker logistics, and on‑site execution support as needed
Assist with pre‑event outreach coordination and post‑event follow‑up preparation to support account engagement and next‑step progression
Support post‑activation close‑out by preparing attendance tracking, feedback summaries, follow‑up action lists, and post‑event review inputs to ensure timely and complete evaluation
Help ensure outcomes and learnings are accurately captured in CRM and other tracking tools in partnership with Field Marketing Managers
Coordinate with cross‑functional marketing teams as needed to support activation execution, including campaign, content, brand, and corporate marketing partners
Identify execution issues, risks, or improvement opportunities, escalating to Managers and contributing ideas to improve processes, templates, and ways of working
Use AI tools to improve productivity across research, targeting, planning, and communications, applying appropriate review to ensure accuracy and quality

You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
2–5 years of B2B marketing experience; professional services experience preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting event execution, sponsorship activation, or field marketing programs
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing workflows; experience supporting data capture and reporting preferred
Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to execution quality and follow‑through
Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
Comfortable following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity across research, targeting, planning, and communications, while applying appropriate review for accuracy
Can travel as needed
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Reno, NV office only is between $76,000 and $114,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Bellevue, WA office only is between $82,100 and $123,100 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $87,400 and $131,100 per year.
