Grant Street Cleaners is hiring a Front End Reception / Dry Cleaning Processor for our Birmingham, MI location.
We are looking for someone with a friendly personality who enjoys interacting with customers and helping keep operations running smoothly. Experience in dry cleaning or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Pay:
$16-$18 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers
• Process incoming garment orders and invoices
• Handle customer transactions and pickups
• Maintain organization of front counter operations
• Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dry cleaning experience is a plus
• Friendly and professional communication skills
