Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Private School Principal to lead our educational community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to fostering an enriching environment for students, staff, and families. This role involves overseeing all aspects of school operations, curriculum development, and strategic planning to ensure academic excellence and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to promote a positive school culture aligned with the institution’s mission and values
• Oversee curriculum development to ensure high-quality, innovative, and inclusive educational programs
• Manage school administration including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to support long-term growth and improvement goals
• Supervise faculty and staff through effective management, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and community engagement activities to support school initiatives
• Foster a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors
• Maintain open communication with parents, board members, and external stakeholders through public speaking and outreach efforts
• Ensure adherence to educational policies and standards while promoting continuous improvement in teaching practices

Skills

• Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision
• Exceptional leadership abilities with previous senior leadership or management experience in an educational setting
• Expertise in curriculum development, strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising strategies
• Strong management skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively
• Excellent public speaking skills for engaging with stakeholders at various levels
• Experience working directly with students to understand their needs and promote academic success
• Ability to develop innovative solutions for school challenges while maintaining a focus on organizational goals
• Effective communication skills that foster collaboration among staff, students, parents, and the community

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
