We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Private School Principal to lead our educational community. Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to promote a positive school culture aligned with the institution’s mission and values
- Oversee curriculum development to ensure high-quality, innovative, and inclusive educational programs
- Manage school administration including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to support long-term growth and improvement goals
- Supervise faculty and staff through effective management, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate fundraising efforts and community engagement activities to support school initiatives
- Foster a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors
- Maintain open communication with parents, board members, and external stakeholders through public speaking and outreach efforts
