High School Cross Country Program Assistant
Among other criteria, applicant must have the following:
- Previous coaching experience at the middle/high school level preferred
- Exhibits strong game management and preparation
- Strong knowledge of fundamental skills needed in the appropriate sport
- Exhibits strong leadership abilities
- Possess good communication skills
- Willingness to abide by the Grant Public Schools Athletic Code
- Dedicated to the task of building a strong team and program at all levels
- Willing to attend clinics
- Committed to organize/run off season programs; summer camps/clinics for all levels
- Good disciplinary skills
- Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations
- Good organizational skills
