Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing drinks and supporting bar menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages, to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently using POS system (Toast POS).
• Support work events or banquet functions by providing timely beverage service in line with event requirements.
• Uphold all health, safety, and dietary guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Requirements

• Prior experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively.
• Experience serving beverages in bars or restaurants, including knowledge of drink recipes and presentation techniques.
• Familiarity with food preparation tasks related to bartending or food industry standards.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices.
• Hospitality background with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
