The law office of Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP (GGB) in Irvine, CA is looking for one or more attorneys with experience handling, supervising, and managing insurance defense litigation. GGB’s area of expertise includes the litigation of personal injury, premises liability, defamation, construction defect, sexual abuse, insurance coverage and property damage claims. Job Requirements:
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, including written discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, and court appearances. Trial experience is a plus.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California Bar license.
On-site work preferred, but will consider hybrid/remote arrangements for experienced insurance defense candidates.
