About the Role
Cardone Training Technologies (CTTI) is on a mission to build the ultimate sales team. We need a dynamic, full-cycle Sales Recruiter to join our crew and help us find the best talent in the industry. We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter with a true hunter mentality — someone who builds pipeline proactively rather than waiting on applicant flow. This person owns sourcing strategy end-to-end, identifies “A” player talent through disciplined market research and outreach, and exercises sharp discernment before ever submitting a candidate to a hiring manager. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility seat supporting a rapidly scaling, 100% onsite workforce.

Scottsdale, AZ — Onsite, Full-Time
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (100% in-office; no remote or hybrid)
Compensation
Base salary $65,000–$72,000, plus a tiered performance bonus tied to new-hire retention milestones (30/90/180 days) — total earning potential up to $1,600 per successful hire

What You’ll Do:
Hunt for Stars - Source, attract, and engage with stellar sales candidates who are ready to bring their A-game. You’ll be our talent scout, using a mix of creativity and strategy to find those hidden gems.
Lead the Charge - Take candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial screening to final offer. Your expertise will guide them seamlessly through every step.
Collaborate- Work closely with our sales leadership team to understand their needs and build a pipeline of top talent. Your teamwork will be key to our success.

Recruitment Rockstar - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles. You know how to find, attract, and close top talent.
Creative Mindset - Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking. You’re not afraid to try new approaches and experiment with different sourcing techniques.
