As an A&P working for Grant Aviation, you would be:
- Performing all aviation maintenance in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Company manuals, and industry best practices, to ensure the safety of flight.
- Identify where RII inspections are required and ensure that an RII Inspector is notified.
- Reporting inoperative or faulty shop equipment per Company procedures.
- Maintaining adequate general hand tools to properly perform their duties in accordance with 14 CFR 43.13 appendix D.
- Approving aircraft for return to service after scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, after receiving approval from MXC.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and ability to acquire a SIDA badge.
- Hold a FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant authorizations, and an Inspection Authorization is preferred.
- Experience performing maintenance/electrical troubleshooting on one or more of the following aircraft models: C207, GA8, C208B, PA31 and BE200.
- Experience with Garmin avionics installation. Inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting preferred.
- Must be able to acquire knowledge of Grant GOM, OpSpecs, GMM, and AAIP during initial training.
- HAZMAT recognition.
- Experienced leaders, troubleshooters, and veterans encouraged to apply.

- PTO Accrual after 60-days of employment at 80 hours per year rate, will increase over time.
- Reduced Rate Non-Rev travel on Grant after 60-days of employment for employees and immediate family members.
- Flexible schedules: Month on Month off, 2-weeks on/2-weeks off, or 4 days x 10 hours, day, evening, or night shift. Base and shift assignments are established by the Director of Maintenance.
- $35-$50/hr DOE.
