Job Duties
- Conduct outreach to targeted customers
- Lead recruitment, providing customers with interview experience, resume building and work readiness training
- Work with the manager to identify areas for business development and employer engagement
- Track and maintain records of customer enrollment, completion, and placement, and collect and track required documentation from participating businesses
- Liaise with the Community Partnership manager to connect with external partners to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the targeted population through appropriate channels (social media, email list, newsletters, and more
- Create and foster an environment that encourages customer-friendly, goal-oriented services that result in academic and career success for all customers
- Manage 25–30 non-compliant and outreach customers, focusing on re-engagement and program compliance.
- Other duties as assigned
Work & Education Requirements
- High School and 2 years of experience or some college
- Demonstrated successful experience presenting in front of large groups
- Superior communication skills in writing and orally
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational, critical, and creative thinking skills
- Ability to develop engaging outreach materials using Canva or similar products
- Ability to develop working partnerships with various education, business and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to achieve goals with minimum supervision.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work within a results-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative, and commitment are a must!
- This position is part-time, with a 30-hour workweek. Monday - Thursday or Tuesday -Friday: 8:30-1:30 pm
Hourly Rate: $24.04
