JOB DESCRIPTION
Grannys Soul Food is looking for a Food Preparation Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing food and beverages for the company's restaurant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Follow recipes and standard food preparation methods.
- Prepare ingredients, food products, and cooking equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including cutting tools, pans, and other cooking utensils.
- Work with other team members to ensure proper food safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Follow proper food handling procedures, including the use of the Hazard Communication Program (HCP) to prevent the spread of food-related diseases.
- Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
