This is a full-time, on-site role for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) based in Longwood, FL. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include providing personal care, ensuring client comfort, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and delivering compassionate patient care tailored to individual needs. The role supports individuals in their homes or care facilities to foster independence and improve quality of life.

• Experience with Home Care and Activities of Daily Living support
• Patient Care and Personal Care experience to ensure the comfort and safety of clients
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and care teams
• Empathy, reliability, and a commitment to providing dignified and respectful care
• Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• CPR certification and proof of required vaccinations are a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in senior care is highly advantageous
