Do you enjoy working with children? Join the wonderful staff team at the YMCA of Downtown Manchester! We're currently seeking responsible, caring, and fun older teens and adults for part-time and on-call work in our Kid Zone, a drop-in childcare space for member families. Attendants provide a safe, nurturing, and creative environment for infants, toddlers, and school-age children while parents enjoy the amenities of the facility.
Selected candidates will engage a wide variety of youth in fun, educational, and stimulating activities, while demonstrating their capacity up uphold the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Work Hours/Pay Range:
- FLEXIBLE part-time scheduling available
- Various shifts available between Monday - Friday 8:30-11:30 am and Monday - Friday 4:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00a-12:00pm
- Hiring rate is $12 - $14.50 per hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with kids
- Experience supervising children of varying ages
- Ability to positively role model the Y core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility
