What You’ll Do

• Greet patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth visit
• Verify insurance and assist with basic administrative tasks
• Help create a positive, organized, and stress-free experience for every patient
• Support the clinical team with day-to-day coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Dental or medical front desk experience preferred
• OR strong customer service experience (hospitality, retail, etc.)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
