Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee countertop projects from initial order through fabrication and final installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple countertop projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, builders, designers, and internal teams
- Review project details, drawings, and specifications
- Schedule templating, fabrication, and installation timelines
- Update project details and job scope after templating to ensure accuracy for production
- Communicate project updates and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure accuracy of measurements, materials, and job scope
- Work closely with shop manager to ensure project execution
- Maintain project documentation and job tracking
Qualifications
- Experience in project management (countertop or construction industry preferred)
- Knowledge of stone fabrication and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in basic computer programs; CAD knowledge is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Tools & Software (Preferred Experience)
- Moraware (or similar job tracking/CRM systems)
- Slabsmith (or similar slab layout software)
- CAD/CAM files
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Compensation
- Pay depends on experience (DOE)

Pay: $56,110.25 - $75,000.00 per year
