Granite State Utilities is hiring an experienced Aerial Cable Construction Foreman/Lineman to lead our field crew on telecom and utility construction projects. This is a working foreman role, meaning you will both supervise and actively participate in aerial cable installation.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage daily aerial construction crew operations
- Install, maintain, and repair aerial cable systems
- Read and interpret maps, prints, and utility plans
- Ensure all work meets company, client, and safety standards
- Monitor production and meet project timelines
- Train and support crew members in the field
Qualifications
- Required: Aerial cable construction experience (telecom/utility)
- Foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
