Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to review and verify aerial field documentation related to utility and telecom projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all submitted paperwork and data accurately reflect completed work and meet both company and regulatory standards. The position will also provide support with billing and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify aerial field documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Cross-check submitted data against project requirements, maps, and scope of work
- Validate maps, measurements, and supporting documentation from field crews
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with field teams to resolve issues
- Maintain organized and accurate digital records using tools such as Google Sheets
- Ensure all documentation aligns with company standards and project guidelines
- Assist with billing support and general office administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
- Experience in data entry, document review, or administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet applications
- Ability to interpret basic maps and field reports (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with telecom, utility, or construction documentation is a plus but not required.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
