Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and provide individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing rehabilitation plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes for each patient.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and Rehabilitation practices
- Strong foundation in Medicine, Patient Care, and Home Care to ensure holistic, patient-centered treatment
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to adapt treatment plans accordingly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with a team
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a valid state physical therapy license in New Hampshire
- Experience working in outpatient physical therapy or sports medicine is an advantage
