Common Man Roadside is HIRING an Assistant General Manager!
The F&B Assistant General Manager (F&B AGM) for the Common Man Roadside – Northbound will direct all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations. Specific responsibilities include front of house and back of house operations and production, employee scheduling, product ordering and inventory management, team member training and development. The F&B AGM will assist the general manager in profit and loss responsibility for the location including active management of food cost and labor costs. The F&B AGM will set the tone for their team by making our guests the priority; they must be an outstanding leader and team builder with a strong work ethic. As a senior level manager, the F&B AGM will be very hands on and must be proficient in both front and back of house areas. The F&B AGM will manage a team of managers and front-line staff, this position works closely with senior leadership to grow and develop future leaders for our organization.
