We are searching for a BSA Analyst I who can deliver awesome! Are YOU our newest team member? You could be eligible for a $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment!

Expected Job Duties Include:

• Oversee record keeping, processing and reporting of Currency Transaction Reports
• Monitoring of Member Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements
• Review daily assigned reports
• Process all incoming and outgoing requests for information sharing with other financial institutions per OFAC regulations
• Investigate alerts and suspicious activities detected in our Financial Crimes Management platform
• Complete OFAC and 314a verifications 
• Ensure required recordkeeping, processing and reporting of all suspicious activity, complete SAR narratives as needed 
• Assist in coordinating responses to regulatory BSA/AML examinations, audits and actions taken to ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Attend regulatory training, seminars or conferences and read periodicals to maintain current knowledge in all facets of BSA  
• Work with the Human Resources & Training department to coordinate BSA/OFAC training for new hires and required annual training to credit union personnel
• Perform other duties as assigned

  Skill Requirements Include:

• Prior BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) experience
• Must have strong analytical/investigative skills and the ability to make sound recommendations
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines as assigned
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with proven record of accuracy 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
