Position Summary
The Wedding & Event Center Coordinator is responsible for guiding couples and event clients through every step of the planning process, from the initial inquiry to the final send-off. This position ensures events are organized, well-communicated, and flawlessly executed while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective wedding and event clients.
- Conduct venue tours and answer inquiries.
- Manage contracts, timelines, and event details.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Coordinate with vendors and outside partners.
- Work closely with the lodge team to ensure events are executed smoothly.
- Oversee wedding rehearsals and wedding day coordination.
- Coordinate any other special events that take place in the event center.
- Assist with social media content and event marketing as needed.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and hospitality.\
Qualifications
- Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends during event season.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
