What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Granite Ridge Apartments & Villas?
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where your expertise will keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently! In this energetic role, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing various items across property in addition to maintaining the appearance of our outdoor facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and supervisory talents in a fast-paced setting that values innovation and teamwork.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain the appearance of the property and property grounds.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- On call work will be required in rotation with other on site technicians which will require responding to emergency maintenance requests after hours and on the weekends when on call.
- Summer and winter pool maintenance.
- Ability to learn while on the job to preform maintenance tasks such as but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, heat & HVAC issues
- Strong customer service skills
- Drivers license & reliable vehicle
- Prior property maintenance experience is a plus
