Position: Snow School Guest Service Agent
Department: Snow School
Report To: Snow School Manager
Time: Part-time | Full-time Seasonal
Wage: $15-$17per hour (pending proven experience)

Purpose
Delivers accurate, efficient, and welcoming guest service for all Snow School bookings and check-ins, ensuring every lesson starts smoothly and aligns with guest ability, expectations, and safety standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Sales & Booking Accuracy: Accurately process lesson bookings, tickets, passes, and related products via POS, phone, email, and online systems.
- Guest Check-In & Communication: Check in Snow School guests, review lesson expectations, and clearly communicate next steps, locations, and timelines.
- Lesson Placement & Scheduling: Ensure guests are booked into appropriate lesson types and ability levels; coordinate changes with supervisors as needed.
- Guest Experience & Problem Resolution: Respond to guest questions and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and in alignment with Snow School policies.
- Operational Support: Maintain daily lesson rosters, instructor assignments, and check-in documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Safety & Policy Compliance: Communicate Snow School policies (rescheduling, cancellations, safety expectations) and support a safe learning environment.
- Professional Standards & Teamwork: Represent Granite Peak values through professional conduct, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset.

- Booking and transaction accuracy rate
- Guest satisfaction and service feedback
- Check-in efficiency / wait time
- Lesson placement accuracy (ability-level fit)
- Attendance and schedule reliability
Qualifications
- Strong communication and guest service skills with guests of all ages
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, kneel, and work in winter conditions
- Knowledge of the resort and surrounding area preferred
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to ski and/or snowboard preferred
