What are the responsibilities and job description for the Railroad Laborer position at Granite Mountain Quarries?
The Granite Mountain Quarries Plant 1 Operation in Little Rock, Arkansas is currently recruiting for Railroad Laborer. Only on-line applicants will be considered / evaluated.
Railroad Laborer Classification Description:
Railroad Laborer will assist in railroad operations as assigned. Cleaning rail cars when needed. Ability to learn and safely be a part of the daily responsibilities. Be able to perform tasks in hot or cold climate conditions which can be extreme. Ability to do moderate manual labor and be a positive part of a team is part of the daily responsibilities.
Basic Requirements:
Are you willing and able to clean rail cars?
Are you willing to work up to a 12-hour shift and additional overtime and weekends if necessary?
Are you willing and able to climb ladder to enter and exit rail cars?
Are you willing and able to stand for long periods of time?
Are you willing and able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs., push, and pull up to 50lbs.?
Are you willing and able to perform the basic qualifications identified in the job description for Plant 1 Railroad Laborer?
