We are looking to add another team member to our family. Our company was founded, and is led by, a team of people who have multiple years of personal recovery and business operation experience. This position is located at our Prescott location.
We are an AHCCCS-based drug and alcohol program with locations in Prescott and Prescott Valley. We offer a full spectrum of programs including inpatient, sober living, full outpatient services, and so much more.
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) position is a very rewarding position in a family-style work environment. The right candidate will have a passion for addiction treatment, have an interest in helping those who are economically disadvantaged, and willing to be trained. AN ARIZONA LEVEL 1 FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.

Requirements for this position:
- Must have valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience in the Behavioral Health field is a plus.
- Ability to support all aspects of the 12-steps. ***Personal experience a strong plus.***
- Willingness to work hard and help others.
- Competence with completing necessary paperwork on time, providing updates, meeting deadlines, communicating via email, and attending weekly clinical supervision meetings are required.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Previous Justice Involved preferred.
