Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
  • Lead generation efforts utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and technical sales demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts for analysis and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools for lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations effectively.
  • Ability to manage territory sales independently while coordinating with internal teams for support.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for lead generation and business development.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential. Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
