Inventory Manager and Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, highly organized, motivated, and detail oriented individual to oversee inventory merchandising and online vehicle presentation for both Granite Hyundai and Hyundai of Saco, while also supporting dealership social media efforts. This is a combined role with primary emphasis on inventory management and digital merchandising, along with secondary responsibility for social media content creation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Capture professional quality photos of all new and used vehicles for online listings
• Write clear, accurate, and compelling descriptions for used vehicles
• Manage and update vehicle listings, comments, promotions, pricing changes, and merchandising content in vAuto and other inventory platforms
• Ensure vehicles are photographed, merchandised, and listed online in a timely manner
• Produce and place window stickers and buyer’s guides promptly and accurately
• Audit inventory listings regularly for accuracy, completeness, pricing updates, and sold status
• Coordinate with sales management on featured inventory, pricing changes, and merchandising priorities
• Maintain a clean, consistent, and appealing online presentation of dealership inventory

Social Media Management

• Develop and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok at least three times per week
• Design high-quality digital assets, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials, using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
• Monitor comments and messages and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner
• Support current marketing campaigns, dealership events, and vehicle promotions through social media content

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere, as well as Canva
• Experience with social media content creation and community management
• Strong photography skills, with automotive photography experience preferred
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced dealership environment
• Experience with dealership inventory tools such as vAuto, preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and park vehicles safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and enter and exit vehicles throughout the day

Travel Requirements

Travel between Granite Hyundai and Hyundai of Saco may be required during working hours. Employees will not be required to use their personal vehicle or cover fuel costs for required travel between store locations.

Pay

Pay is commensurate with experience.
