Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ready-Mix Driver located in Emmett, ID. The Ready-Mix Driver will be responsible for transporting and delivering concrete or other materials to various job sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Daily tasks include operating trucks safely, performing vehicle inspections, communicating with team members and customers, maintaining detailed records, and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Truck Driving, with proficiency in operating heavy trucks
- Possession of a valid CDL Class A license
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
- Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service
- Ability to perform regular maintenance checks on trucks
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal driving and safety regulations
- Physical strength and stamina to perform loading and unloading tasks if required
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and travel locally to job sites
- Prior experience in the construction or excavation industry is a plus
