extended care patients. The goal is to provide care to assist patients to
reach their full potential. You are a collaborative part of the healthcare
team working with nurses, therapists, providers, and doctors.

REQUIREMENTS
• Certification as a CNA in good standing with the State of Montana
• The ability to work well under pressure, while establishing priorities
• Excellent communication skills are a must
We offer full time, part time, and per diem (fill in) work.
