This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lebanon, NH for a Customer Service Representative. Day-to-day tasks will include answering client inquiries, coordinating services, managing schedules, and addressing customer needs efficiently and professionally. The representative will also assist with logistics, bookings, and other administrative responsibilities as required to support the organization’s services.

Granite Air Center, LLC is the region's premier Fixed Base Operator (FBO), located at Lebanon Airport (KLEB) in New Hampshire. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and software
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site workplace environment
- Previous experience in aviation or hospitality is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
