Your Impact
As an outside sales representative, you’ll build relationships, drive growth and deliver customer solutions that make a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Generate revenue by acquiring new clients and retaining existing accounts
- Prospect, cold call and negotiate contracts to exceed annual sales goals
- Collaborate with operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery
- Engage with community stakeholders to strengthen Granger’s presence
- 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within territory (85% )
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
