Minimum Requirements
- Appropriate & applicable licensure, education & certification as a Physician in the state of Utah.
- Proper insurance credentialing prior to providing patient care
- Board Certification/Eligible in Pediatrics
- Fluency in Spanish preferred due to high volume of Spanish-speaking patients
- Ownership: Shareholder and Real Estate opportunities
