We’d Count On You To
- Expand and enhance Granger’s drone services with a customer-first mindset, ensuring high-quality visuals and deliverables for internal teams
- Elevate our brand by producing polished aerial visuals that support Marketing and Communications
- Help build future business opportunities by exploring external drone services (e.g., infrared roof scans, thermal building envelope analysis)
- Support our Quality and Lean teams with building envelope scans, heat loss analysis, and other field applications
- Collaborate with the VDC team on modeling, BIM coordination, and 3D scanning initiatives
- Research and recommend emerging visual capture technologies to keep Granger at the forefront of construction innovation
- FAA Part 107 certification with demonstrated drone operation experience
- Familiarity with drone software, flight planning tools, and data capture/processing platforms
- Strong visual and technical instincts- bonus for thermal imaging, mapping, or 3D scan experience
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A self-starter mindset with initiative, curiosity, and follow-through
- Bonus: Construction, architecture, or engineering experience
