- Lead mission-critical projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking.
- Oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and ensure compliance with data center standards and commissioning protocols.
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.
- Represent Granger’s values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing data center or mission-critical projects (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the tenacity to solve challenges and meet deadlines.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, commissioning, and redundancy requirements.
- Emotional intelligence to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- A builder’s mindset with a focus on innovative, client-centered solutions.
