Key Responsibilities
- Plan and moderate user research activities including playtests, focus groups, workshops, and interviews.
- Conduct user and market research studies and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover player insights and trends.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and development teams.
- Support research operations, participant management, and playtest logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience conducting user research, market research, playtests, focus groups, or similar studies.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to lead discussions confidently.
- Analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis experience.
- Gaming industry experience through professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
