Seeking an Experienced Residential Real Estate professional with a strong knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market. Come be a part of one of the largest and fastest growing Residential Real Estate buying and selling businesses in the Mid-West.
We are not a real estate broker. We are a Direct Home Buyer, the fastest growing segment of the Residential Real Estate market. We buy homes directly from homeowners and other sellers. Grandview generates all qualified leads for you, using a multimillion dollar, multimedia advertising budget. Our Home Buyers build a relationship of trust with home sellers, estimate the costs needed to bring the home to “ready to list” condition, and make a fair cash offer to the seller.
Grandview Homes is looking for:
- A knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual with a proven sales record.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Chicagoland Residential Real Estate market. A current or former Realtor or mortgage professional is helpful.
- A basic understanding of construction and rehabs and the related costs.
- Candidate must be personable and have exceptional people and communication skills.
- Exceptional professionalism and integrity.
This is a remote position, but you must live in the Greater Chicagoland area.
